A creative artist since 1966, Beverly's early works included commissioned portraits in pastels, oils and a brief affair sculpting. After a long stint raising her family, working in the computer industry and then running an industrial video production company, she was inspired to return to her first passion and devote all of her time to sculpting.

Initially self-taught, Beverly began studying figurative sculpting in Costa Mesa at Orange Coast College with Julia Klemek and at Irvine Fine Arts Center with Lynn Forbes and Julia Klemek.

She then furthered her education taking numerous workshops with prestigious instructors including Philippe Faraut, enhancing her skills to a higher level of excellence.

The excitement of duplicating the emotions and expressions on a face and in a figure is what drives Beverly’s  passion in sculpting. She continues to create her sculptures with increasing speed, energized by the successful completion of each project and the growing recognition of her sculptural and artistic abilities.
